INFORMATION OF RECYCLING PROCESS

A) A factory produce various sizes of Paper Roll from recycled paper pulp and 

    virgin paper pulp in order to get a strength that meet customer’s need.

B) UOI inspect purchased Paper Rolls before usage to ensure that the paper rolls 

     received having correct specification.

C) To bring Paper Rolls for Corrugating Process. There are 2 types of paper, 

     one is called Kraft paper (outer side) the other is called flute. The 2 types of paper 

     are attached by glue using heat from steam to reduce humidity from glue and 

     make the paper dry faster.

D) To bring corrugated sheet board to produce environment friendly carton boxes 

     by production process and converting process to meet with customers’ requirement.

E) Customers received corrugated packaging to use to protect their products from delivery.

F) Corrugated packaging is recycled products.

G) Paper is taken from the bin and deposited in a large recycling container along with 

     paper from other recycling bins. The paper is taken to a recycling plant where it is 

     separated into types and grades.

H) Waste from corrugating process will be delivered to recycle.
